Virginia Institute Action—the advocacy arm affiliated with the Virginia Institute for Public Policy—recently launched FORGE, a simple but powerful engagement platform designed to help Virginians stay informed and take meaningful action on key policy issues coming out of Richmond.
FORGE provides concise legislative updates, clear explanations, and ready-to-use ways to engage—whether that’s through social media, letters to the editor, or direct outreach to elected officials. The goal is to make citizen engagement easy, coordinated, and effective, without requiring a major time commitment.
Whether you agree or disagree with the Virginia Institutes Action's "Support" or "Oppose" recommendation, it is an excellent resource to follow the MANY bills coming out of Richmond.
It takes about 15 minutes a week, but when hundreds of people act together, it has real impact.

At the 74th National Prayer Breakfast, held on February 5, 2026, at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., Congressman Ben Cline was photographed alongside President Trump. The event, a longstanding tradition in the nation's capital, brought together leaders from across the country to reflect and pray for the nation. Congressman Ben Cline, together with Congressman Jonathan Jackson, served as Congressional Co-Chairs for this year's gathering, highlighting their roles in fostering unity and dialogue among attendees.
